Dont you readers get irritated when people say: "Your mouth got hole issit?" when you accidently drop some food when eating. You will be like "Wat the fark?" coz due to the fact that does these people knows what is the meaning of the word "mouth"? Let me see, according to my favourite dictionary website (http://www.dictionary.com) the word mouth refers to:

Therefore in conclusion these people who says "Your mouth got hole issit?" dont make any sense at all, and I think they should go fly kite.
Next time if anybody makes that similar comment, just ask him/her: "If your mouth dont have hole, how you going to eat your food? Through your nose issit? Show me leh...."
